A wonderful teacher, trainer and coach, extremely knowledgeable in human anatomy, meditation, yoga for fitness but also wellbeing. She combines her various expertise to create a really special and soothing experience. I've taken classes with Marilyne on and off since 2021, she always introduces me to new concepts, ways to feel grounded and develop a growth mindset, as well as improve my fitness levels. I've recently gotten back in touch to ask for her support after an injury and she introduced me to yoga therapy which focuses on the 10 principles of yoga to manage the different phases of the recovery process and regain fitness and confidence. I strongly recommend her programmes.
